*Open exclusively to TMLA (The Mary Louis Academy students and recent graduates)*
A 5 week Strength and Conditioning Camp run by Coach Aja Campbell, CSCS. Athletes will meet twice a week over the course of 5 weeks to work on developing the structural strength, power, and conditioning skills necessary to elevate performance and keep sharp for the upcoming season.
